Gabi has been with Corinna around a week now and she is starting to come out of her shell. She is very loving and cuddly, was just a little shy around all the other dogs to start with, but she's getting used to them all. We will be making her vet appointment to have her blood tests done very soon so that we know whether she needs treatment for anything before we go bombarding her immune system with vaccinations and spaying her. Gabi was picked up from a fuel station forecourt by a friend of ours who asked if we could take her on. She has no chip ands had been hanging around there for days getting food scraps. Before we put Gabi up for adoption she will need to be fully assessed and prepared. She will need to be chipped, spayed, vaccinated, blood tested, etc, and during that time, we should be able to learn a bit about her personality and what kind of home may suit her. It's unlikely he will be ready for a Happy Van space before Christmas.
