Drago is another of the Tenerife dogs we are trying to help. One of our team, Louise, met Drago on her recent trip to Tenerife and said he really is such a perfect dog. It's always especially sad when the dog has been a cherished pet and the owner dies and the poor dog finds himself in shelter. Drago was a beloved family member for nearly 6 years. Now he's found himself in shelter for the last 3 years. He definitely deserves a loving home to retire to. Drago was born: 12/16/16 He's been at the shelter since 6/13/22 Podenco mix He's a perfect dog, playful, completely balanced, and friendly with humans and other dogs. He thoroughly enjoys every walk. The sad part is when he has to go back to his cage, which he doesn't want. He came to the shelter because his owner was terminally ill.
